Returns + Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your product, our team will be happy to either replace or refund the full amount of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original condition. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number included.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. The cost of pre-paid shipping label provided will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your items, send us an email at [ firstname.lastname@example.org ] with your order number included.
