
How to make Fire Roasted Oolong Ochazuke お茶漬け
Ingredients:
*1/2 fillet of salmon
*1 cup cooked rice
*1 tsp soy sauce
Toppings:
*1 tsp rice crackers
*1 tsp shredded nori seaweed
*1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
* Wasabi (optional)
Directions
*Salt the salmon fillet and bake for 15 minutes (425F)
*Once the salmon is done, flake it with a fork to break it into small pieces.
*Prepare the tea and add 1 tsp soy sauce. Then set aside.
*Place the rice in the bowl and top with the salmon and your selection of toppings.
*Carefully pour the tea into the bowl.
*Sprinkle shredded nori, and enjoy !
